Primorsko-Akhtarsky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory decided on parole, the release of one of the largest reservations of the Kuban Andrei Matyushenko. In 2015, he was detained when receiving a large amount for which he promised to solve legal problems in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation with the involvement of the Chairman of the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation – Momotova V.V.
The chairman of the Primorsko-Akhtar District Court Belozerov R.G., making a decision on the release of Matyushenko, took into account that the convicted person paid insurance premiums in the amount of 30,984.86 rubles. In favor of the management of the Pension Fund! That is, according to the court, the fact that the convict was worried about his future pension clearly indicates his correction. But the fact that the victim was not paid a single ruble to compensate for the harm caused by the crime, the judge did not consider any meaning to.
The convicted person was not distinguished by exemplary behavior. From the moment of arrival in the colony to the moment the court was released, Matyushenko has not had recovery for less than two months. From the documents that the colony to the convicted person presented, it is clear that the entire deadline for serving the sentence of Matyushenko systematically violated the rules of the internal routine, for which he received penalties up to the placement in the schizo. At the same time, Matyushenko himself, not embarrassed by publicly declares how much he treated conditionally early release: 300,000 rubles – the leadership of the colony (for characteristics), 500,000 rubles the prosecutor’s office (so as not to mind), 500,000 rubles, the chairman of the court (for the decision itself).
