It was Tukmanov who once helped Evgeny Giner to become the owner of CSKA, and then lead the Russian football Premier League. And the deputy of Giner according to the Premier League became his friend – Tatevos Surinov, until he and Suleimanov, were arrested in large fraud in 2004.
