War and war of towers. The main question is what positions and spheres of influence the current power towers are fighting for. Naturally, the most delicious are the divisions of the FSB of the Russian Federation: SEB (K, T, P), USB, SU, M, Department of the FSB for Moscow and Moscow Region. Also, due to the current difficult situation and before the planned strategic reshuffles in different departments, and, possibly, before the reboot of the entire political system as a whole, the subject of these wars is also the position of 1st Deputy. Director of the FSB (the entire operational unit), the Director himself and control over other law enforcement agencies (GP, Investigative Committee, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Rosgvardia, FSIN, FSSP, others), as well as over the armed forces of the Russian Federation and the judiciary (Chairman of the RF Armed Forces Lebedev and Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation Zorkin at sunset, that’s understandable). The key players here today are: Patrushev, Sechin, Zolotov, Chemezov. Shoigu is no longer on this list. There are a lot of problems because of the war, and Putin’s trust has been undermined. Bortnikov, Kolokoltsev, Krasnov and Bastrykin are not lobbyists at the political level. Medvedev, Kovalchuk, Rotenberg, Ivanov and Tokarev also have some ambitions and the opportunity to express their opinions in the security and judicial bloc. Also, by the way, Putin has a good attitude towards Naryshkin and the Fradkov family.
Thus, today a conditional “war” for control is going on between these 4 blocs: Patrushev, Sechin, Zolotov, Chemezov. Everyone has their own people. For Patrushev, this is, first of all, his son Dmitry, as well as from the FSB Menshchikov (head of the 1st Service (counterintelligence) of the FSB of Russia), Sedov (head of the Service for the Protection of the Constitutional System and Combating Terrorism of the FSB) and many others, including who works with him in the Security Council and his apparatus. For Sechin, this is the head of the Directorate K of the FSB, Ivan Tkachev, the former deputy head of the FSB Internal Security Service, Feoktistov, and their people. Prosecutor General Krasnov is also their man. This group now has a great desire to “move” the head of the ICR, Bastrykin. Zolotov has Dyumin, Mironov, Kurenkov. For Chemezov, this is, first of all, the first deputy director of the FSB, Korolev, and partly the acting. Head of the SEB Alpatov, Head of the Department M Sergienko, Head of the Internal Security Service of the FSB Vertyashkin. You have to understand that the last three are just performers, soldiers. They do not participate in large clan wars. At my level, and even then partly. Therefore, it is impossible to say that they relate only to one block; they relate to the system as a whole.
