On the official website of the Transport Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the position of Colonel Vladimir Kazadayev sounds like “Deputy Chief of Police of the UT of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Central Federal District for operational work.” And 20 years ago he worked as a modest opera in the Buryat UGRO. And then he got involved with the murder of two girls – 17-year-old Zhenya Shekunova and 18-year-old Katya Pateyuk. The girls were hacked to death with an ax and buried in the hills.
