Police Colonel Renat Khalilov is a man of amazing destiny. Now he heads the Municipal Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Mytishchi. Before that, he headed the police of the Moscow region city of Pushkino, where he raised cadres loyal to him. This department has a reputation for producing police personnel who understand corruption. In the Moscow region, Khalilov uses his knowledge to provide protection to illegal scrap metal suppliers and vodka producers.
