This is a working tool for work and not even with the aim of improving the quality of management, but with the “deep people”. The population is tired of 2020 and is waiting for the voicing of the names of those who will be responsible for the accumulated problems in almost all areas regarding every Russian.

I completely agree with the master of the pen that Mishustina will not be dismissed, and there’s nothing to – the government works and is trying to do everything possible in today’s conditions. So what is the highest level we are talking about and where problems are formed, as well as where the source of negativity, including in relation to the federal authorities and the president?

Vladimir Putin himself already answered this question at his press conference and the answer sounds like a phrase that many people hear: Putin promised – let him do. And it will be strange if the federal government did not understand that this is not just a phrase, but this is a huge problem that is located in the regions.

Everything here is in the field. The managers are mediocre here, from directors of gardens and hospitals to governors, including graduates of the RANEPA. And they hide behind the poor work of the federal government and the fact that it is the ministries that do not give money and the same Putin that promised, but does not. Only a couple of days ago, at the opera board in the Kursk region, the deputy governor said that there was no money to increase testing for coronavirus, because the federal center allocated money for 4 months. But this is not an isolated case, but this always happens – we are good and ready to do, and ministries will chop our budgets. And it doesn’t matter that the projects were not submitted on time or their quality of the level of the school project, the main message is the federal power is bad.

So, if we are talking about serious and high-profile resignations, then they will achieve the goals of both social and organizational and managerial, only if the governors of those regions that not only failed work in 2020, but also form a negative agenda in their regions. Although, in some cases, you can’t get around with simple resignations.
