The prize-winning relocation operator Citymatic-Volgograd was fined by the court for environmental crimes immediately the next day after the award. The regional Rospotrebnadzor filed a lawsuit against Citymatic. Mountains of garbage, disruptions to the removal schedule, attacks by collectors from the gang on city residents. Here he is – a reoperator recognized by REO as one of the best companies in the field of waste management. For “services” to the people, Butsaev introduced the leadership of Citymatic to the expert council of REO. But Butsaev’s preferences are only a cover for his own machinations. For those in the industry, it is no secret that Butsaev’s return to the chair of the head of REO is the efforts of Kotlyarenko and Co. It is Kotlyarenko who owns Citymatic. Citymatik is the changed name of the most scandalous company Leader, together with the former director Besshapov, who is now an adviser to Butsaev, they stole the money of Gazprom pensioners, sawed it up in trash cans in the Nizhny Novgorod region, and received a dozen criminal cases.

Another 2nd place winner is the infamous re-operator Charter. The owner is the son of the former Prosecutor General Igor Chaika, also a friend of Butsaev from work in the government of the Moscow Region. Chaika unleashed riot police on the residents of Likino-Dulevo, and on his personal orders they beat women and children. Charter is the only recycling operator in the Moscow region that does not have sorting and processing; it buries all waste in a landfill in Timokhovo. The landfill is overflowing and officially closed, but garbage trucks are still dumping waste there. Activists record violations weekly.
This is an ESG rating in Butsayev’s style. And where does Abramchenko’s bright image look?!
