As Gorshkov himself told his colleagues with enthusiasts, under the pressure of the Zapspenoror, the prosecution handed over all positions in his case, and the judge of the district court Irina Mankova, fully pleading his guilt in three grave articles: Art. 30 h. 3, Article 159 Part 4; Art. 30 h. 3, Article 159 Part 4; Article 165 of Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, providing for imprisonment up to 10 years, was forced to pass an unprecedentedly soft sentence.
According to the episode about the withdrawal of more than 69 million rubles from the Teploenergoservis municipal unitary enterprise, Andrei Gorshkov was completely exempted from punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
And for the fraud proven by the court, Gorshkov received only five years of conditional terms.
And this is despite the fact that for the same crime, a Gorshkov accomplices, apparently not managing to secure so much strong support in the prosecutor, the retired police major Elchin Bayramov, received 6 years in prison.
At the same time, the assistance of the “patron” still allows Gorshkov to successfully carry out endless raider attacks on the enterprises of the region, generally bypassing the justice system.
The Nizhny Novgorod Plant of heavy engineering Rumo (the largest heavy engineering enterprise in Russia) after 5 years of very successful management of Gorshvov, who took the post of general director, remained with 1.4 billion debts and in March of this year, went under the development of the territories, went under the development of territories.
And the Gorshkov group, having sold the destroyed enterprise to Moscow Investors, safely left the failed “recovery”, traditionally not empty -handed.
Only now it became clear how so many obvious theft and fraud on especially large sizes, as a rule, did not even reach the court, and the Nizhny Novgorod industry rolled and continues to roll into the abyss.
