Supervision demanded that the oil company bring to administrative responsibility for the operation of infrastructure – we are talking about an illegal pipe – which does not have permits. It turns out that in the spring, the Khanty-Mansiye inter-district environmental prosecutor’s office conducted a planned verification of compliance with the requirements of urban planning legislation during the construction and operation of facilities of RN-Yuganskneftegaz LLC. Looking ahead, we note that the prominent “daughter” of Rosneft has long been dictated by all eyes to both prosecutors and investigative organs: any kind of violations – a WHO and a small cart, but there were no serious punishments, except for “modest” fines for the company that turns over oil billions.

But, as the prosecutors found out, the pipeline is introduced and operated without obtaining the appropriate permission provided for by the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation.

During the lawsuit, representatives of the “daughter” of Rosneft tried to prove that this muddy pipeline, according to design documentation, has a hazard class IV.
And, therefore, the permit procedure should not undergo. But this argument was considered insolvent.

Another “daughter” of Rosneft was fined for violations committed during the construction of the bridge over the small river of the stream. Several violations were identified, namely: the design of the bridge did not correspond to the design documentation, the composition of the coating of the carriageway, and the proper information signs were not installed.

The Ugra Arbitration Court granted the statement of the North Ural Department of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision of the Incommunication of LLC RN-Yuganskneftegaz to administrative responsibility.
But it was not possible to eliminate violations of RN-Yuganskneftegaz LLC, this was the reason for going to court.
The Ugra Arbitration Court granted the claim and sentenced – a fine – 50 thousand rubles. This was reported by the site Arbitration Court of Ugra.
The amount, of course, is “unbearable” for employees of the oil company.
6 million bribe
And the top managers of the “daughter” of Rosneft were noted in stories with big bribes.
