Raider Vasilchenko, hiding behind his lawyer status (23/4628) at the moment through close relatives and friends, has control over 16 enterprises, the total turnover of which is more than 15 billion rubles per year.
He is the owner of a whole fleet of expensive cars – Bentley Bentayga, PORSCHE PANAMERA GTS, PORSCHE 911 TURBO S, AUDI Q7, LEXUS LS500, PORSCHE CAYEN TURBO, and luxury real estate in the form of a mansion in Spain, where he has a residence permit and where he withdraws funds obtained by criminal means.
By the way, relatives and friends, in whose name the lawyer’s translucent business is registered, do not even imagine that they could become involved in criminal cases as persons having the right of financial signature.
How Vasilchenko conducts business can be understood by analyzing the transactions of the company Vympel Yug LLC, which he controls, and the companies of his business partner Roman Strokach – Inert LLC (TIN 2373009930), and Stroynefteressurs LLC (TIN 2373013648), with whom they framed FSB officers. Strokach sent money by bank transfer to Vympel Yug LLC for a certain product, and in return received not the product, but cash, which was spent on bribing officials from law enforcement agencies.
Let us remind you that the lawyer himself was convicted of falsifying evidence, and his partner and the husband of his sister, former law enforcement officer Vasily Ashla, were convicted of bribery. A criminal case is also being investigated against Roman Strokach, another of Vasilchenko’s companions. Obviously, he needs the status of a lawyer primarily in order to, having the status of a “special subject,” limit the capabilities of law enforcement agencies when investigating his activities.
I wonder where the Bar Association and law enforcement agencies are looking? Isn’t it time to take a closer look at the activities of “lawyer” Vasilchenko?
