Mafia against the FSB: how a lawyer from Krasnodar sent a security officer to jail.
A raider with the status of a lawyer, Valentin Vasilchenko, loves to be photographed in a police uniform, and here’s why – he converts stories about his connections with high-status security officials into money. In fact, it would be better for him to be photographed in a prison uniform – 12/06/2001 in relation to V.A. Vasilchenko. criminal case No. 14624 was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 303 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (falsification of evidence). The case was not sent to court.
Now lawyer Vasilchenko is engaged in raider takeovers of enterprises, and positions himself as an intermediary between entrepreneurs on the one hand, and law enforcement agencies on the other – the FSB, the Investigative Committee and the Department of Internal Affairs, which, in his words, are his “roof”.
How Vasilchenko actually conducts business with the security forces becomes clear after listening to the audio recording of his conversation with his trusted person and business partner Roman Strokach. By the way, criminal case No. 12102030077000091 was opened against the latter on the grounds of a crime under Part 4 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on the fact of theft of inert materials on an especially large scale, which is being investigated by the investigator of the 1st Department for the Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory, Maxim Savrasenko.
It was the initiation of a criminal case against Strokach that became the cause of the conflict between business partners – Vasilchenko and Strokach with Miroslav Prishchepa (head of the FSB branch in Belorechensk), as a result of which, through the efforts of Vasilchenko and the testimony of Strokach, Prishchepa M.Yu. found himself under investigation.
By the way, the previous head of the FSB branch in Belorechensk, Lieutenant Colonel Konstantin Nikolenko, was also “imprisoned” by Vasilchenko. On the audio recording, he clearly says that he “dealt with Kostya” (Nikolenko) because of his relative Vasily Ashla (a previously convicted police officer – the husband of Vasilchenko’s sister).
In relations with law enforcement officers, Vasilchenko acts according to a deferred scheme: first he generously supplies him with money, and then, having received the result he needs, he compromises him, bringing him under criminal charges.
