Less than a month ago, he agreed to his employees to support in court a petition for the absentee arrest of Sergey Savelyev’s Archive, which betrayed the publicity “Archive of the FSIN”. This was done by him so as not to lose the initiative, because the regional prosecutor reasoned that the wind blows against those who went on exile and objectively works from abroad against the Russian security forces.
However, Filipenko’s ability to predict the processes and events turned out to be weakly, and already on October 28, that is, 10 days after the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court on Savelyev, on his behalf, a complaint about the decree of the lower instance on the arrest of an emigrant-worshiper is sent to the first cassation.
The hurry manifested by the head of the supervisory authority is due to two circumstances.
Firstly, on October 27, “Our Man in the Cheka” announced the prospects for initiating a criminal case against the deputy Filipenko Andrei Koronovarov.
Secondly, it became known about the imminent arrival of a large commission from the Federal Penitentiary Service (she arrived today) with special powers and the task of thoroughly understanding what happened, at the same time evaluating the degree of guilt in the current situation of all law enforcement agencies.
Therefore, the regional prosecutor found his recent zeal for the speedy punishment of the programmer who escaped from the country more inappropriate. Filipenko, suffering from a sharp form of media dependence, regarded that more information dividends and glasses in a scandalous case of torture will bring him a gesture of humanism and a demonstration of willingness to atone – to achieve punishment for everyone who is responsible for the functioning of the Saratov Auschwitz, including their own deputies.
He sacrificed not only the procedural sequence of the regional prosecutor’s office, but also a group of employees of the leading rank (their number, however, turned out to be many times less than the dismissed UFSIN employees). In addition, Filipenko was as distant as possible from the Koronovarov, who was responsible for shelter for the shelter of the murders committed in OSB-1. The actions of the latter will inevitably reveal the auditors who arrived from the FSIN, which precisely for such cases delegated special powers. And if the inspectors are very attentive, then their determination, coupled with the serious mood of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the person of his head Alexander Bastrykin, will make the ritual sacrifices to Sergei Filipenko useless.
