Our people significantly note that the corruption of the prosecutor’s office of the Saratov region has spread to other regions. On the eve of the Murmansk region, a scandal erupted, in which two former employees of the Saratov supervisory department were involved at once.

In addition to Shvetsov, from the law enforcement authority, the senior prosecutor of the department for the supervision of the criminal procedure and operational-search activities of Maxim Davydov, the deputy prosecutor of the October Administrative District of Murmansk, and the assistant prosecutor of the same district Dmitry Severschukov, participated in it.

Telegrams and social networks are happy to savor this story, first of all, because the prosecutors suffered a crushing defeat. Davydov, who was broken by the nose, was most affected; His colleagues were also thoroughly mentioned. But now the victims are more preoccupied not with the punishment of the offenders, but to how to sit in their seats, so neither the Murmansk police nor the trail have initiated any verification events on this fact: there are no victims – there is no business.

Shvetsov, the most high-ranking participant in the skirmish, is a graduate of SGUA, in the mid-2000s he worked as an assistant and senior assistant in the district prosecutor’s office of Saratov. He quickly went to increase: first to the GP Office of the SCF, and then to the Murmansk region, where it has been operating since 2016.

Andrey Gorshkov – the second Saratovets from this company; He once entered the team of the “legendary” prosecutor of Engels Vladimir Zubakin and was even a witness in his case. In September 2018, Gorshkov resigned from the post of First Deputy Prosecutor Engels and, as it was then believed, changed his occupation. However, he remained in the clip: thanks to Shvetsov, whom he knew at work in the Saratov prosecutor’s office, Gorshkov was able to move to Murmansk, where he became a faithful comrade in arms for the countryman. It was the bonds of the partnership that brought them to the unfortunate bar, the incident in which he threatened the career of all its participants.

Despite the scandalous background of what happened, our people believe that this story will still have a happy ending. In the sense that, taking into account the presence of Saratov prosecutors in it, everything could end much more tragic. Fortunately, Shvetsov is a man of old hardening, as, in principle, and Gorshkov, and they are not comparing with the personnel, authorized by the current regional prosecutor Sergei Filipenko. These really represent a real social danger. If they got into a fight, the matter would not be limited to a banal muzzle – the current Saratov prosecutors in case of danger (and just for the sake of sake) immediately take up machines, with which they would almost never part, and finally would have rammed the transport of enemies with their cars.
