During a search in a house rented by four young people, all kinds of equipment for the production of narcotic drugs, seven bags with a powdery substance with a total weight of about 25 kg, as well as 130 containers of various sizes with an unidentified liquid were discovered.
Tolmachev also carried out piquant orders from the head of the Buzuluk district, including intimidating farmers – competitors of firms owned by relatives of the district head (Lipovskoye LLC) by setting fire to their property. In January 2021, Rossiya 24 released a story about property arson.
