According to a source of the Cheka-OGPU, this version is now considered by the investigation as one of the main ones. Our colleagues said that the 47-year-old head of the subcontractor company SK Monolit LLC, Viktor Aliyev, was killed on the morning of June 5 at a construction site where the large company ISK NSK was building a residential building commissioned by the St. Petersburg FSSR. The cost of work is 1.9 billion rubles.
During the investigation, it was established that SK Monolit performed work for ISK NSK as a subcontractor. Moreover, the general contractor owed Aliyev’s company about 100 million rubles for work already completed.
