On Tuesday evening, employees of the Investigative Committee of St. Petersburg raided the office of the private security company “Agis” – the personal security of the owner of the city’s largest construction company “LSR”, multi-billionaire Andrei Molchanov. The visit is related to a recent incident at the company’s construction site, which the Cheka-OGPU wrote about in detail. An Agis employee did not allow the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, into the territory, after which riot police arrived there and several criminal cases were opened, including abuse of power by a security guard. As we have already said, on May 16 this criminal case was canceled by the St. Petersburg Prosecutor’s Office, but the Investigative Committee announced their intention to reopen it. One way or another, according to the source of the Cheka-OGPU, the security forces worked in Molchanov’s security office, and the department of the Russian Guard in St. Petersburg informed us of their intention to suspend the license of the Agis private security company.
