The meeting began with the curiol: Zakharchenko asked how the record of the current meeting would take place, and the state prosecutor Milan Digaev, without hearing his remarks, took her at her own expense, asking the accused where he had a recording of her rest. Zakharchenko’s lawyers had to explain that this was not about that. “And then I’m not surprised at anything,” the state prosecutor joked. This scene set a half -joking, but at the same time extremely emotional tone to the whole meeting.
It was opened by a whole series of petitions of Dmitry Zakharchenko. He demanded that the biological, handwriting, linguistic and even psycholinguistic examination of the Apple computer, apartments on Lomonosovsky Prospekt (it was there was a warehouse of money) and papers, according to the investigation of his pen. It was clear that this was not the end. The accused asked if it was possible to continue. “Let’s all at once!”, Sausage, the judge Sergey Artemov reacted half -joking. Zakharchenko asked to give an opportunity to get acquainted with the base (the so -called “site”, which, according to investigators, took into account payments to the colonel and other illegal accounting). The judge satisfied the last petition, refusing all previous ones, despite the loud objections of Zakharchenko, who accused the employee of the Prosecutor General of the Prosecutor General Digaev of the “slanderous character” of the accusations against his address and the evidence presented in their substantiation. 
The rest of the time of the five -hour meeting was interrogated by the witness of the accusation of Gennady Maleev (a programmer who was responsible for supporting and proper maintenance of the so -called “site”), as well as a very emotional study of the contents of two laptops (Lenovo and HP), with the accounting base established on them. Maleev did not add anything new to the facts that already sounded in the process. From his rather confused testimony it followed that he personally did not engage in the maintenance of the customers of the “site”, did not know anyone, and everything that “knows” was informed by his colleagues, employees of “Incredbank” and the Bank of the New Time. With the participation of protection lawyers, it was established for a long time that the “site” can only be considered an account program, which does not reflect real cash wiring on the accounts of the defendants. When laptops represented by the charge were connected in the projector, Maleev demonstrated to those present how the accounting base worked on the example of the Zakhar Tricky account (so, according to the prosecution, was recorded there Zakharchenko).
