Summarizing the scandals into which the judges from the hero city have been drawn over the past five years, we can say with confidence that Nikolai Podkopaev very much headed the first cassation court in Saratov. If with the appointment they had been awarded at least a year, such a personnel decision could not have been talking about. Moreover, he could even lose the post that he held from 2014 to 2018.
The most high -profile scandal, the participant of which was the wards of Podkopaev, can be considered the case of auto standers. Fraudsters beat the old premium cars and through the court recovered a solid (due to the high cost of spare parts) amounts from insurance companies. At the same time, the successful work of the criminal community became possible thanks to the built corruption vertical: Olesya Doroshenko (attackers were her familiar), illegal decisions, who were made in the Voroshilovsky district court, were lit in the Volgograd Regional Court, where Judge Valentina Oleinikova and the head of the College of Civil Affairs, now holding the post of deputy chairman of the first cassation, received their share.
Despite the fact that the case of an accomplice of auto -substitutes was published in the beginning of the summer of 2018, evidence of unlawful activities was only in relation to the district judge. Thanks to Doroshenko’s silence, Podkopaev managed (albeit not without certain efforts) to move to the chair of the chairman of the cassation court. In November 2018, when the appointment had already taken place, the VKKS agreed to initiate criminal proceedings against a corrupt judge.
A year earlier, the status of the judge was lost by the judge of the Kamyshinsky City Court Vitaly Dyblin. In the spring of 2017, he made a court decision (according to a lawsuit between a local resident and Rosgosstrakh regarding the receipt of insurance for OSAGO) without a meeting. And after a month and a half, I also got caught by driving by car without license plates.
But most of our people were outraged by how the Council of Judges of the Volgograd Region dismantled the situation with dual citizenship of the chairman of Dzerzhinsky (and this is doubly outrageous!) The district court of Yulia Dobrynina, which, as already mentioned, Podkopaev saw his heiress. She hid the existence of Ukrainian citizenship, but with the proceedings of the case of the experts of the law using legal casuistry, they rehabilitated the candidate for a high position.
However, the circular bail of the Volgograd judges did not save Dobrynin, and now she is under investigation, during which additional episodes of her activities can be revealed, affecting the honor of the mantle of Podkopaev himself.
