On the fact of an attack on the Gymnasium No. 175 educational institution, as a result of which people died, a criminal case was instituted on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code. The chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, was instructed to transfer all the materials of the case for a further thorough and comprehensive investigation into the Main Investigative Department of the Central Apparatus of the Department.
According to preliminary information, an armed adult young man, bursting into an educational institution, opened fire there. At the moment, it is known about several those who died as a result of a crime, as well as the wounded who are provided with medical care.
The attacker was detained, his personality is established – this is a local resident born in 2001.
In addition, at the direction of the head of the Investigative Committee, forensic criminals were sent to the chief management of forensics (forensic center) of the department at the scene of the incident. Employees of the HUK (KC) using the necessary equipment will assist investigators in the search and fixation of all traces of the crime committed.
