On September 3, an accusatory sentence will be announced to Evgeny Lifshitz, who already pleaded guilty – in the summer of 2020 it Arrested For extortion $ 3 million from the President of the National Computer Corporation (NKK) Alexander Kalinin. For this money, Lifshitz promised to help resolve issues with the investigation that started the case on Kalinin Sr.. In telephone conversations, lifshits said in direct text that there was an order for Kalinin. Now he will bear the punishment, which one – we will find out very soon.

Recall that earlier Lifshitz worked in the “systematics”, which is part of the NKK. “Systematics” by 67% belongs to Leonid Goldenberg, by 20% Evgeny Lachkova, who brought Lifshitz to the company. And now it is they who are trying to sell their stake in the NKK Denis Frolov. But the Lifshitsa accomplices also do not succeed. Frolov, appointed by the President of the NKK Goldenberg and Lachkov, realized that this position does not give him anything – Aquarius continues to function independently of him. He tried to appoint Goldenberg as the general director of Aquarius, but unsuccessfully – neither legal nor actual grounds for this.

Moreover, under the strict leadership of Frolov, whose powers are disputed in the courts, the NKK cannot decide in any way, the plaintiff she or the defendant, and Goldenberg and Shechkov cannot decide whether they have claims to NKK or not. That is, they know for sure that their rights are violated, but so far they are not quite sure who and how: they dispute the changes in the charters and sued the NKK, and Frolov unsuccessfully tried to draw the NKK into the dispute from the other side. It turns out that the NKK was supposed to speak in court at the same time as a plaintiff and the defendant.

It seems that neither Frolov nor Goldenberg with Lachkov really know what to do. Their tactics are known – to delay the process in any way, which, however, certainly does not correspond to the logic of normal businessmen. Obviously, they pursue their interests, while the interests of the company take care of them last.

Nevertheless, real shareholders and management continue to implement the investment program and the development strategy of the company, which was announced in the spring. Recall that the leadership plans to attract 20 billion rubles in five years, in May the restructuring of the Civil Code was carried out for more effective management.
