The first was Larisa Marchukova, who, contrary to the usual witnesses in the framework of this process, had previously seen the accused. Although under specific circumstances – always in a restaurant. And with Motorin, and with Stankevich, and Belevtsov, they met there. And Markelov, “she saw when she left the restaurant, and he came in.” But this did not stop her from being very aware of the personal and career circumstances of the accused. About the mentioned Markelov, she knew everything from a personal file: literally “a former military man, worked in Russian Railways, married, has two children.” Zakharchenko named the source of her awareness, with whom, according to her, she met three to four times a week for ten or fifteen years in a row. The latter is especially noteworthy, given that they met, in her own words, in 2009. During this uncertainly long time, Zakharchenko, judging by the testimony of the witness, very methodically informed about his career circumstances: “At first he worked at the Ministry of Internal Affairs as deputy head of the construction department, then in the complaint department, then in Rybnaya, then in the management of T” and even “ I was going to take 500 thousand dollars ”from the accused to promote the service. Subsequently, Marchukova was even interested in Zakharchenko if he returned the money, but he left the answer.
Further, the level of awareness of the witnesses went on the descending. Natalya Maklakova, who worked in Incredbank by the secretary of the fugitive banker German Gorbuntsov, stopped going to work after his departure from the country. However, in those rare hours, when it was still there to be there, other secretaries told her that businessman Useovich, now also absent in Russia, shouted behind closed doors at Gorbuntsov’s wife.

Maria Kochetkova, a specialist of the Operational Department of the Bank, also testified to the new time, is also not informative. He does not know any of the accused, he cannot report any additional information and, unlike the previous witness, did not sign anything.
The meeting became so uninformative that that previously vividly participated in Zakharchenko turned off from him and began to communicate enthusiastically in the language of gestures with a familiar lady in the courtroom.
The last was Sergey Rusin, who was “listed as a HR manager” in the bank new times and “conducted a technical briefing on campaigns in the tax office, opening accounts in banks and calls to law enforcement agencies.” He worked with Belevtsov and Kretinin. However, answering their questions about specific circumstances, the witness could not inform anything new, and Judge Artemov closed the meeting.
