On November 21 at 12-00 there will be a meeting of the Higher Qualification Board of Judges of the Russian Federation at which the application of Judge 10 AAS N.V. Marchenkova will be considered. on making a recommendation for her appointment to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region. Let us recall that in 2021 Marchenkova prepared and signed “retroactively” two judicial acts in case A41-108693/2017. This circumstance was established by the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District. The disciplinary commission of the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation, based on the results of a lengthy internal inspection, came to the conclusion that Marchenkova’s actions constituted a disciplinary offense. An internal audit by the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation and the publication of the Cheka-OGPU did not allow Marchenkova’s application to be considered at the meeting of the Higher Qualification Committee on September 21.
