On May 8, a president is elected in South Ossetia. This is the second round of elections. There are two presidential candidates: Anatoly Bibilov, the current President of the Republic, a supporter of the pro-Russian course, and Alan Gagloev, an oppositionist, leader of the Nykhas party.
