Former judge of the Khostinsky District Court of Sochi Dmitry Novikov is known thanks to his scandalous speeches on social networks. Having received the status of a lawyer in 2019, he put together a team of like -minded people around him, with the support of which he went along the thorny path of an irreconcilable fighter with corruption.
In this war, it was, as they say, hit. A criminal case has been instituted against Novikov on the grounds of an attempt on a crime under Part 4 of Art. 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, in connection with which he was detained on 5.06.2021, and two days later he was taken into custody by the decision of the Leninsky District Court of Novorossiysk.
Novikov’s team in full force took the position of active defense around his boss, publicly exposing law enforcement officers in provocation.

According to eyewitnesses of detention, when checking the documents, it turned out that the Manvelian, who was driving a car, was deprived of the rights to drive a vehicle. Young people tried to smooth this inconvenient nuance in the way that, apparently, were trained in the great Sensei. When giving a bribe, both lawyers were detained to the traffic police inspector.
The editors do not have information that the students surpassed the teacher in the sum of the bribe. Nevertheless, the events of today are clearly shown by the methods of resolving legal tasks accepted in the Novikov team.
