The Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic, Alavdin Gardaloev, is finishing his first six-year term, but in 2019 he received a disciplinary sanction from the Supreme Court of Justice in the form of a reprimand for malicious failure to comply with the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation – for more than six months, a civil case on the recovery of $230 million from a Ukrainian oligarch was not transferred to the country’s highest court Konstantin Grigorishin.
The most interesting thing is that the people who are lobbying for Gardaloev’s candidacy, when discussing this issue at the President Hotel, voiced a very unexpected thought: “the most important thing is that this candidate is not from Akhmat Yurt.” One gets the impression that candidate Gardaloev is being lobbied to spite the local elite from Akhmat Yurt….
Last week, the current Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic, Gardaloev Alavdin, was taken to his office by security guards of a local oligarch with a whole bag of currency, according to insider information, in the amount of more than $500,000. The bag, unfortunately, for both the sender and the recipient, was inspected by the chairman’s vigilant security, which was placed around the entire perimeter of his office.
We are waiting for details on the intended purpose of this amount of money and the reaction of the local elite to the interpretation of lobbyists….
