On April 22, the Moscow Garrison Military Court sentenced the former head of the banking department of the Office to the FSB of the Russian Federation Kirill Cherkalin. He was sentenced to seven years in prison. Cherkalin received the nickname of the FSB billionaire, he had confiscated assets of 6.5 billion rubles. The case is considered in a special order, because Cherkalin concluded a pre -trial agreement. Within its framework, he testified to the former deputy head of the Office for the FSB of the Russian Federation Dmitry Frolov and the ex-head of the Office to the FSB Viktor Voronin.

According to the investigation, Frolov, Cherkalin and Vasiliev, at the request of entrepreneurs, Alexander Bondarenko and Vladimir Stolyarenko, put pressure on businessman Sergei Gyladkin, who, together with partners, owned the organization “Jurprompromnsulting”. FSB officers convinced him to give his share in the company and threatened him with a persecution of the extortion of a bribe by a large official of the capital’s government Alexander Ryabinin. For intimidation, materials were even aimed at initiating a case on Zadelkin in the GSU of the Investigative Committee in Moscow.

At our disposal was a decree on the refusal to initiate a case on Zadelkin. This is just when he had to sit down, but paid with the FSBSHNI and refused.
