The suspect in the commission of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles), E. Bilya was elected a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions, for a period of 2 months 00 days, namely until June 1, 2021, with the following prohibitions and restrictions:
– with a restriction of exiting the borders of the dwelling;
– with the prohibition of communication with the participants in criminal proceedings, without the written permission of the investigator, the list of which will be brought by the investigator to the attention of Bil E.Yu., with the exception of: defenders, investigator;
– receive and send correspondence, including messages, letters, telegrams, parcels, including through mobile communications and the Internet;
– negotiate without the written permission of the investigator using any means of communication and the information and telecommunication network “Internet”, with the exception of telephone conversations with defenders admitted to participation in the criminal case, as well as cases provided for in Part 8 of Art. 105.1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation;
– be in places of mass events and participate in their conduct;
– drive a car and other vehicles.
