While the Bank of Corporate Finance, which received a damning order from the Central Bank (a complete ban on opening accounts, deposits, alienation of any property and limits on transactions), denies the upcoming revocation of its license and reports on its website about the “rapidly falling apart” criminal case of its owner Olga Mirimskaya As the Cheka-OGPU learned, investigators from the Central Office of the Investigative Committee brought a third charge against the woman for giving a bribe on an especially large scale.
We are talking about another episode of the transfer of $500,000 to the chairman of the Presnensky Court of Moscow for the profitable Mirimsky division of property with her husband through the former deputy chief bailiff of the Moscow region. This intermediary, having read the news about the criminal prosecution of Mirimskaya, decided not to tempt fate and filed a statement with the Investigative Committee. Now he is exempt from criminal liability according to the note to Article 291.1 of the Criminal Code and is in the status of a witness.
Thus, Mirimskaya already has three charges of committing particularly serious crimes: bribes to the investigator of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region, Yuri Nosov, for falsifying a criminal case against Mirimskaya’s former partner, and two bribes to the Presnensky Court of Moscow for winning a civil case.
The amount of multiple fines facing Mirimskaya is close to 1.5 billion rubles. Considering that all her property, including the BKF bank, has been arrested, there is no doubt that these fines will be collected. But these are not all of Mirimskaya’s bribes that the investigation knows about…
