Therefore, even after being summoned to the prosecutor’s office, Anton Kononovich continues to help the Tambov contractor. He hastily transfers budget money to ARKS7 under another contract. Over the past month, the Road Agency sent five payments from the regional budget to the contractor. The total amount is about 300 million rubles. In total, almost 560 million out of 852 million rubles have already been paid under the contract, which is planned to be completed only by the end of November. This is 65% of the contract value. And the regional government agency does not intend to stop. But the roads have not yet been repaired and even the CMO has complaints about the quality of what has already been done. It recently fined ARKS7 for marriage. True, only 100 thousand rubles.
It is worth noting that the former mayor of Lipetsk Sergei Ivanov recently told the Lipetsk media that the current chairman of the regional council, Dmitry Averov, had previously demonstrated interest in promoting Evgeniy Svridov’s companies. Alexander Negrobov, the former owner of a solid waste landfill in the Yeletsky district, also spoke about Averov’s close friendship with Sviridov. His business went to the Tambov invader.
