Drilling piles for new high -rise buildings leads to the fact that cracks begin to go on the houses of old buildings, which jeopardizes the life and safety of people. In addition, developers with the approval of the elbow do not at all engage in new residential buildings with the necessary infrastructure, which is why the load on existing resources increases significantly, and collapse begins in local schools, kindergartens and polyclinics.
In fact, working with developers is the main field of activity of the elbow, which brings him huge personal benefits. He was already repeatedly accused of corruption conspiracies with local construction companies. In particular, the elbow was lobbied by the construction of the Airport residential complex in the interests of Vira-Stroy, whose representatives, by the way, participated in past elections from the same Communist Party. As a result of the residential complex, it was built almost in the path of planes, which now go to land literally above the heads of people, flying 10 m above the roofs of houses.
An attempt to destroy the scientific and production zone in the Akademgorodok in the interests of developers from their surroundings, who wished to build residential buildings in its place, ended in failure only thanks to the active intervention of the public. At the same time, the elbow even took steps for the secret transfer of the Cadastre of the quarter from the scientific and production to the mixed social and business, which would make the work of innovative industries there.
There is a elbow and more egregious cases in the mayoral portfolio. In 2014, Lokot transferred to the Kalita company 1.8 hectares of land in the Kirovsky district of Novosibirsk, specially canceled the decree on mandatory trading for this.
