Aramyan began a butcher on the slaughterhouse. Then he was retrained into builders and put together a group of companies with relatives and acquaintances in leading posts. In parallel, he developed connections in the capital. About 10 years ago, Aramyan became friends with the leadership of one of the Moscow banks.
In 2012, he turned up a contract for the construction of a section of the Moscow-Petersburg highway. Its structures were concluded with LLC Transstroymechanization LLC, but our hero did not have enough money. For help, he turned to the Brotherly Moscow Bank, signed a personal guarantee and received a guarantee – about 473 million rubles.
Soon, the structures of Aramyan had “unexpected” problems of the return of the advance. The bank had to fulfill the requirements of the “transstrofemechanization” on the payment of the amount of money under the warranty – 121.3 million rubles, after which the management of the credit organization asked the “Honored Builder” to return the debt.
Then he showed his true face. The bank’s management said that he had no money, and offered to give him this amount in debt for five years without interest. In fact – just like that.
The bank had no choice but to launch the trial. On it, Aramyan gave clearly false testimonies, refused his signature and said that he had nothing to do with these obligations. Despite the shouting of the “Honored Builder”, the Gagarinsky court of Moscow decided in favor of the bank.
But Araman did not want to part with the money, so the leadership of the Ruslan-1 Corporation LLC began to bankrupt the company. 45 Ruslan-1 facilities sold a fictitious dummy company, which was then quickly eliminated, and the money received from the implementation of the state contract went to satisfy the requirements of the Aramaman Yurlitz.
Today, the former butcher is trying to enlist the patronage of Moscow officials, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin and other influential people. They say that he maintains relations with the head of the construction complex of Moscow Andrei Bochkarev, his first deputy Peter Aksenov. I wonder if they are aware that the “Honored Builder” has long been going in the status of an unscrupulous debtor?
Anyway, does Aramyan discredit the very title of “Honored Builder”? For such acts, it is necessary not to “reward” with the title, but by criminal proceedings. Or not one. It is possible that the former butcher misled other business partners.
