Maxim Toroptsev was listed as a researcher in military unit 45807 (GRU headquarters), located at st. Khoroshevskoe highway, 76B.
Semyon Seliverstov served in military unit 63180 (39th separate radio engineering brigade of the Special Forces, GRU) in Orenburg.
