Of course not. What about the tops? And the top are silent. It seems that the developer has decided to fulfill only one condition to the shareholders – to wait for the promised three years. And this is not the first move by the Seven Suns knight.
The collection of serial long-term construction projects was replenished by their new project – the residential complex “Bright World “Biopolis”, here residents were guided to deliver apartments with finishing in the first quarter of 2023, but in fact, as of today, instead of a finished house, there is only a bare plot of land. The bright “Biopolis” even came under inspection by the All-Russian Society for Nature Conservation, which convicted the developer of a whole string of environmental crimes and published the results of the inspection. documentary.
But it seems that public battles only strengthen the developer. Having “Reshal” in high offices as an administrative resource, the developer is not only not afraid to publicly circumvent 214 Federal Laws, but also to resolve misunderstandings even with government agencies.

From the Seven Suns Development side, the same algorithm can be traced:
– if there is a dispute or problems, the name of the “difficult” company is changed (SZ Starorogatskaya LLC, SevenSans MSK LLC);
– the admin resource is used in the courts, as evidenced by the cancellation of the majority of positive decisions on claims against group companies;
– pressure is organized on the judiciary and counterparties from law enforcement agencies and senior officials of the RF Armed Forces.
– submit fictitious claims from creditors affiliated with the debtor for large amounts in order to control bankruptcy;
– initiate legal proceedings on imaginary grounds for delaying time and refusal to repay their debts;
– create companies with mirror names for withdrawal of funds.

Today, Seven Suns has an uncontrollable number of lawsuits. But despite the help, many of the companies included in Seven Suns Development are already bankrupt or have had bankruptcy petitions filed against them. It is likely that, given the colossal volume of loans taken out and the dubious ability to complete the construction of most of the projects, the developer himself will also be on the verge of bankruptcy. Or, which is also likely, it will cross this line.
