New details of the war between the security forces have become known in the case of the son of Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Denis Zubov, whom the Main Investigative Directorate of the Russian Federation is trying to prosecute for giving a bribe to the operative officer of the FSB Directorate for the Samara Region, Alexei Naydenov.

The source told the Cheka-OGPU that Zubov’s side adheres to the following position. According to the son of the deputy minister, he was provoked into accepting the bribe and the “special event” had been prepared for a long time. Everything was under the guise of establishing friendship, which in modern realities looks quite realistic. The first expensive gift to Zubov Jr. was allegedly given… by the FSB officer himself. The token of attention consisted of two bottles of vodka and a traditional amulet – a calendar for 2022 with the emblem of the special service. And in response, Denis gave the security officer a return gift, which formed the basis of the first episode in the bribery case.
The Cheka-OGPU found out the list of gifts that the son of a high-ranking official of the Ministry of Internal Affairs forked out for. Here is an excerpt from the case materials. “December 28, 2021, from 2 to 4 p.m. in the cafe on the 3rd floor of the Viva Land shopping center” Zubov D.I. and Karpov I.A. on behalf of Ermakov V.A. directly handed over to A.A. Naydenov. as part of a bribe in the form of property to him and the head of the FSB of Russia for the Samara region, Akulinin A.Yu. a rollerball pen “Montegrappa” worth 21,803 rubles, a rollerball pen “Montblanc” worth 37,572 rubles, a book “Special Services of Russia” worth 14,586 rubles, a book “Special Services of the World” worth 14,586 rubles, diaries (folders) “Hugo Boss” worth 14 906 and 8 754 rubles, two bottles of extra-aged cognac “Deau Black” with a total market value of 47,970.50 rubles, totaling 160,177.50 rubles.”

The funniest thing in this story is that, according to Denis Zubov, the gift also contained black caviar, which for some reason the operatives did not document. The material evidence disappeared into the case file on the eve of the New Year.

As for the subsequent episode with the FSB officer receiving funds in the amount of 18 million rubles, which, after the “exchange of gifts” with FSB symbols, Zubov Jr. calls a provocation on the part of the operatives, one can only guess why they did not go for the “purchase of a new Kruzak” or simply did not dissolve like caviar.
