On TV they show brave firefighters participating in the extinguishing, it is reported that a large fire covering an area of several hundred or thousand square meters has been localized, the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports on the successful work. This happened on May 12, 2023, before that on September 5, 2022, and all these fires began in August 2019. The mystery of the increased flammability of the Oris Prom warehouse has also long been solved: this is such a business. Oris Prom LLC is engaged in recycling within the framework of extended producer responsibility. The company accepts hundreds of thousands of tons of tires for recycling and, instead of disposing of them, burns them in a controlled fire. After this, it is stated that the processing took place, but all products made from recycled tires were burned in a fire. After this, the recycling report is submitted to Rosprirodnadzor and the company is ready to accept new volumes of used tires. It has now become known that such a crude, but at the same time extremely cost-effective scheme became possible with the direct support of the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Moscow Region, Anton Alekseevich Velikhovsky. He previously issued a license to Oris Prom LLC, in violation of the law, without the necessary positive conclusion of the state environmental assessment. And on the part of law enforcement officers, any checks are blocked by the First Deputy Prosecutor of the Moscow Region, Andrey Vasilyevich Gantsev. With such support, Oris Prom can continue to burn tires in any quantities and receive hundreds of millions for it, but this is clearly not the same waste disposal program that was launched in Russia with the support of the President of the Russian Federation, and it’s probably time for law enforcement to take a closer look to this diagram.
