“Kurganstalmost” is one of the largest construction contractors in the Trans -Urals, and not only. The beneficiaries of the enterprise are considered the family of Nikolai Paryshev, a long -term director of Kurganstalmost since the 90s. Kurgans have been waiting for the new clinic of the regional hospital since 2022. The amount of the contract concluded with the Kurganstalmost – 788 million rubles. As indicated in the state contract card, the purchase was made due to the failed electronic auction. In other words, it was produced by the only supplier without any real competition.
Considering that the clinic is not ready for half, it would be logical to wait from the administration of Shumkov of some sanctions to the “Kurganstalmost”. However, no fines and penalties are imposed. At the same time, as follows from the state contract card, work was actually completed for 100 million rubles, and more than 400 million rubles have already been paid.

Another iconic object that “fell” of the Kurganstalmost from the structures of the Kurgan region was the pool for the needs of the Kurgan State University. And the purchase, as one would expect, was committed by the only supplier, because the electronic auction did not take place. Why can this be – no one but Kurganstalmost can build pools? Until the end of the term of the contract, less than three days are left. However, the actual volume of work performed does not exceed 40 million rubles out of almost 340 million. At the same time, the pool was generally to be built back in 2022, but the authorities were too tight with the development of design estimates.
