In January there was a funeral for the leader of the Penza organized crime group “Olympia” Sergei Maksimenko, nicknamed “Max” (pictured 1 with fish). He became famous in Penza because, under his leadership, bandits were spying on local police officers and made an attempt on the life of one of them. In 2014, Maksimenko cooperated with the investigation and received 25 years in prison.
At the beginning of the year, it became known about the death of the leader of the Saratov killers as part of the Wagner PMC Andrey Berezhnykh (photo 2), who was also imprisoned for 25 years in 2012. He used a grenade launcher in civilian life – he used it to shoot up the office of a local TV channel, this formed the basis accusations.
According to the channel “VChK-OGPU”, Russian criminals were allowed to join Wagner’s PMC thief in law Shakro Molodoy (Zakhary Kalashov). Such cooperation with the authorities is not considered a violation of the “concepts”.
