On November 23, the Krasnooktyabrsky District Court of Volgograd sentenced Ivan Zheleznyakov and Dmitry Ushakov for a long time for the arson of the house, in which the Governor of the Volgograd Region Andrei Bocharov lived at that time.
In their last word, both defendants asked them to appoint the minimum sentences, since they gave a confession and actively cooperated with the investigation, moreover, they said that … attention ❗ They spent the money earned for arson on the improvement of Volgograd.
Another arsonist, Vitaly Semisotnov, was convicted earlier on three episodes of criminal activity, including a failed fire on Latoshka. According to the investigation, it was he who gathered a criminal group, which was also marked by attacks on businessmen and arson of cars.
Vitaliy Semisonov and Dmitry Ushakov were involved in the investigation of the criminal case against General Mikhail Muzraev and businessman Vladimir Zubkov. They are accused of organizing a terrorist attack on the Governor of the Volgograd Region, although the arsonists themselves followed softer articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: “Intentional destruction or damage to property”, “Preparation for crime and attempted crime” and “intentional infliction of serious harm to health”.
By the way, a month after the impatient is performed (the cottage did not catch fire, as it was processed with a special composition) Ushakov and Semisnov were in jail for crimes committed earlier. In 2018, they received deadlines – more than five years of strict regime. The pair of criminals was remembered in the spring of 2019, when the detained in the capital, Yevgeny Remezov, gave a confession of arson. Allegedly, Vladimir Zubkov asked him to organize a crime in the interests of the head of the Investigative Committee of the IC of Russia of the Volgograd Region Mikhail Muzraev. However, Zubkov and Muzraev categorically deny this accusation and wait for ships in the pre -trial detention center of Moscow.
The verdict of the Krasnoktyabrsky District Court of Volgograd Ushakov and Zheleznyakov was found guilty of committing crimes under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 2 of Art. 167 of the Criminal Code, part 2 of Art. 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, paragraph “a” part 3 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code. Ushakov was sentenced to 8 years in prison with a maximum security penal colony, Zheleznyakov – in the form of imprisonment for a period of 6 years 6 months with serving a maximum security penal colony. The sentence did not enter into legal force and may be appealed.
