For many years, the system has been going along the false path: instead of inclusion in the economic chains of Russian regions and competent administration of their labor reserves, large capital persuades and even forces the authorities to rely on migrant workers. Talks about the “help of the fraternal peoples” are secondary here. The primary greed of merchants and the lack of strategic understanding and planning among some politicians and political administrators.
But, even making strategic mistakes, it is not necessary to let tactical moments for a gravity than to aggravate the situation. For any normal adaptation of migrants to Russian society, other integration conditions and approaches are needed. Forcing migrants to live in cellars and huddle in apartments of 10-15 people, it is unlikely that it will be possible to achieve calm behavior, interest and respect for Russian culture, people and traditions.
Such migrants feel like slaves that are forced to endure all kinds of life difficulties. It is no coincidence that sooner or later some of them rebel. More active gather like -minded people around themselves and commit crimes, try to move from the status of the local population oppressed to invaders and avengers. Hence violence, robberies and mass fights.
The alarming background around the migrants is growing: law enforcement agencies do not always cope, the state’s position is formulated slurredly. A request from this society is growing to a radical solution to the issue, which increasingly implies not an adaptation strategies, but a deportation strategies. The anger of popular discontent accumulates, they can use this emotional charge.
