The case of Alexandra Lisitsyna has been reaching for the fall of 2018. She is accused of fraud with land plots for the same “rubber” part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code. Lisitsyn did not make any transactions with the Earth, she only trusted familiar and issued a power of attorney on some realtors on her behalf. But this is not even the main thing here. The Rosleskhoz was recognized as the victims in the case – supposedly disputed areas belong to the forest fund. At the end of July, the publicist and human rights activist Andrei Karaulov said that he requested information about the belonging of disputed lands directly at the Federal Forestry Agency. And he received an answer signed by the deputy head of the department Vyacheslav Spirenkov.
Karaulov quoted this document on his YouTube channel: “Dear Andrey Viktorovich! The Federal Forestry Agency, having considered your appeal on the issue of providing information in relation to (such) land plots. According to the Unified State Register of Real Estate, land plots are classified as lands of settlements, rights were registered in 2014. ” The publicist believes that the Rosleskhoz’s response certainly confirms that in the case against Alexandra Lisitsyna there is not only a composition, but also the events of the crime.
However, after a couple of weeks, the same V.A. Spirenkov sent Andrei Karaulov a new letter on the official form of Rosleskhoz. The document says literally the following: “The boundaries of land plots (from the Lisitsyna case) are completely located on the lands of the forest fund”
Earlier, Andrei Karaulov requested information about land from the case of Alexandra Lisitsyna in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. According to him, it also follows from extracts that these lands have nothing to do with the forest fund.
“That’s how many of these extracts I have, all the same – wasteland! And how can it be? … Sasha Lisitsyna served almost a year (in a pre -trial detention center without a sentence – edges)! What is supposed to be the same as my assumption- investigators for slander in relation to the under investigation? ”, Andrei Karaulov said on his YouTube channel.
According to the publicist, this situation can only be explained by the fact that someone decided to take scores with the family of a resident of Moscow.
