The court found Sergey Khojayan, Hamlet Hayrapetyan, Hrant Hayrapetyan guilty of committing crimes under paragraphs. “b”, “g” part 2 art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, Part 3 of Art. 30, pp. “a”, “g”, “i” part 2 art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, Narek Stepanyan, Suren Markosyan, Rudik Manukyan, David Yeghiazaryan, Sahak Sahakyan and Arthur Hakobyan in committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The court found that on the night of June 1-2, 2019 in the city. In Krasnogorsk, these persons committed hooligan acts, during which they beat Vladimir Danilov and Alexander Sergeev. In the process of committing them, Hamlet and Hrant Hayrapetyan, with the aim of killing Sergeev, held him down, and Khojayan stabbed him in the abdomen, causing a penetrating stab wound. The death of the victim did not occur, since their actions were stopped by Nikita Belyankin passing by.
In response to Belyankin’s legal demands to stop illegal actions, Hamlet Hayrapetyan, Grant Hayrapetyan and Khojayan beat him. At the same time, Khojayan stabbed Belyankin in the chest area, causing a stab wound, which resulted in the latter’s death.
The court sentenced the perpetrators to imprisonment for terms ranging from 5 to 20 years, to be served in general and strict regime correctional colonies.
