The largest manufacturer of coated paper and cardboard LLC Kama is sold by the asset: the manufacturer of the Sveza plywood became interested in the sale.
As it became known to the correspondent of The Moscow Post, Augment Investments Limited the scandalous businessman Viktor Kharitonin, the co -owner of the Farmstandart company, is negotiating with the company, which was directly related to another scandalous businessman, the owner of the company “Severstal” Alexei Mordashov.
In general, these two already – apparently – agreed. The deal should be completed in early August. It is strange in the situation that the King of the Casets – and the scandalous arbidol – Kharitonin sells the company, which he bought only a year ago. In addition, Kama LLC controls the Kama cellulose-paper plant. 
And a cardboard asset is sold much more expensive: continuous riddles!

Indeed, initially these negotiations planned to be completed in mid -July, but they dragged on. Thus, the closure of the transaction is expected in early August.
The company will be sold for 47 billion rubles. And this is 30% more than the amount that Mr. Kharitonin paid at the beginning of the past, 2023 when buying Kama LLC.
In 2023, the Otkritie Bank for 36 billion rubles sold the company to the structures of Viktor Kharitonin.

Of the 36 billion rubles spent then, 21 billion rubles were debts of the company to the Bank “Opening”, which involved financing for the development of production.
Further, Kama LLC by 99.9% belongs to the company “Forest Invest Holding”.

Another 0.1% businessman holds directly. All shares of Kama LLC since mid -2023 are under the burden of Sberban, which issued money for the acquisition of an asset.
Note that Kama LLC is the only manufacturer of coated cardboard in Russia, which at the enterprise began to be produced in 2021 and the capacities of the group of companies allow you to produce 220 thousand tons of cardboard and 85 thousand tons of paper per year.
According to the results of last year, the revenue of Kama amounted to 23.6 billion rubles, a net loss – 286.5 million. The cost of net assets is 14 billion rubles.
Note that other applicants for Kama LLC were the structure of the developer Sezar Group (Moscow). This office owns the Syktyvkar LPK.
Mr. Kharitonin previously tried to buy this plant, but the deal did not take place.
Syktyvkar LPK sold Mondi (Austria) for 80 billion rubles.

The Group of the World Health Organization, which inspected the manufacturers of the satellite V, remained unhappy with the quality of the drug. And the drug was produced at the enterprises of Viktor Kharitonin, at OJSC Pharmstandart – Ufavit.

The basis for concern was the fears associated with the implementation of adequate measures to reduce the risks of cross -pollution of the vaccine and regarding the control of aseptic conditions on the lines by rosillum and compliance with production standards.
