“Monkey” in the language of operatives is an old scheme – a way to take away a person’s business. First, the owner is attacked by “bad bandits.” Then the “good ones” appear and offer protection on the condition that their person is introduced into the business as a co-founder. At the third step, the business is taken away.

But now it’s not the 90s, everything has become more elegant and civilized. Now the same scheme is periodically used by law enforcement officers themselves, using their legal powers as methods of pressure – surveys, interrogations, seizure of documents, etc.

To scare an unfamiliar person with interrogation and threats of criminal prosecution is, in general, a trifling matter. That’s right managed to take away the business from the founder of the Lomonosov school, scientist Marat Ziganov.

“On the recording, a certain investigator, a candidate of economic sciences, as he introduces himself, interrogates Ziganov on two facts. At the same time, only a person who has never dealt with law enforcement officers, such as scientist Ziganov, can believe that this is actually an interrogation. In essence, this is a conversation about nothing: the teacher is asked stupid questions, his brief answers are recorded, and then they are handed over for review a written testimony of an unknown person, in which Ziganov and his chief accountant are directly accused of cashing out money. And after that, without asking for an explanation, they let you go.”

It is noteworthy that this “interrogation” with the presentation of alleged evidence of the “frauds” committed does not end with anything – subsequently no criminal cases were initiated, no charges were brought against anyone from the school management, no one came to the school with searches, seizures, or even for interrogations no one was subsequently called.

As a result of this “interrogation”, the man who founded one of the best private schools in Russia immediately sells it for next to nothing – and not to serious investors, but to a certain private person, Valery Solomonov. A touch to the portrait – Solomonov was on the federal wanted list from 2008 to 2011 and was convicted of fraudulent resale of apartments in new shared-equity buildings.

There are many striking moments in the Lenta investigation, but the main one is mind-boggling. If you work well in collaboration with the “investigator on Shabolovka” and the Kuntsevsky court, you can take away a billion’s worth of assets from a person and pay him 100 million. The only question is what will happen next to the Lomonosov school, which finds itself in the hands of such wonderful people.
