It was impossible to do this only because the Family Code does not oblige surrogate mothers to give genetic parents they have taken out. And, especially, grandmothers.

But Mirimskaya found a way out. She organized a criminal case No. 90764 to the Main Investigative Directorate of the IC in the Moscow Region, in which the surrogate mother and father of Sofia was charged with human trade. The incident is that the father cannot be the subject of the purchase of his own child, because he is, according to the laws of his nature. And material support for a surrogate mother cannot be evaluated as a fee for a child.

That is why the prosecutors of Chaika and Krasnov did not let all this chimer go to court, after which the case was naturally terminated.
