According to Vera Gorbacheva, General Director of ID Logistics Rus LLC, the total debt on the part of Market-TV is 158.4 million rubles + penalties for late payments. ID Logistics Rus has been providing logistics services to Market-TV since 2018 in accordance with the concluded agreement. For this, the company purchased specialized equipment and systems for a total amount of 64.7 million rubles, and additional equipment belonging to ID Logistics Rus was also delivered to the warehouse for another 21 million rubles.
In 2021, Oleg Vorobyov agreed with ID Logistics Rus on the transition to a new warehouse management system. At the same time, the approach to calculating remuneration for the services of ID Logistics Rus had to change according to the principle of “costs + fixed percentage”. However, Market-TV did not sign an agreement to switch to a new remuneration system, simply ceasing to pay under the contract.
Due to arrears in payment for services, ID Logistics Rus decided to unilaterally withdraw from the contract. Two notices of suspension of services were sent to Market-TV. At the same time, Market-TV employees did not allow ID Logistics Rus to remove their equipment from the warehouse, and then completely raided it.
To achieve this, the “telemarketers” implemented a whole cunning plan. On March 16, 2022, Market-TV employees turned on the fire alarm, and when representatives of ID Logistics Rus left the premises, they entered the warehouse through the Russian Post office. As a result, Market-TV logistics director Artem Churilov, as well as company managers Egor Suslov and Denis Abrisov, with the support of masked unknowns, seized the warehouse and continue to hold their opponents’ equipment there. Market-TV LLC was able to blackmail ID Logistics Rus with the fact that this equipment was allegedly stolen.
As a result, as stated in the investigation materials, from May 2021 to March 2022, Market-TV deliberately accumulated arrears in payment for services in an especially large amount (as confirmed by documents), and also fraudulently took possession of the property of ID Logistics Rus.
The company also draws attention to the direct blackmail coming from Oleg Vorobyov to disseminate defamatory information regarding ID Logistics Rus.
This is not all the problems of the organized criminal group of the beneficiary of Market-TV. The tax authorities are interested in the withdrawal of funds to offshore companies and personal accounts in the USA and Canada, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with Sberbank, is checking the expenditure of the issued targeted loan funds.
Thus, in the “program schedule for tomorrow,” the owner of the Shop and Show TV store is searched and arrested.
