After numerous reports of crimes to the FSB, the case was transferred from the district to the Main Investigation Department for Moscow.
And now, only now, there is hope for an objective investigation. Let’s hope that the Moscow Investigative Committee will give a legal assessment of the actions of real criminals.
The question remains open as to why the investigation refuses to include documents and evidence that absolutely prove the guilt of the customer and the perpetrators of the crimes and the non-involvement of the entrepreneurs.
Zolotov-Shapiro has lost influence on the Investigative Committee and is hiding in a NATO country. All his patrons turned away from him after a journalistic investigation. It’s only a matter of time before a criminal case is opened against a repeat offender with many surnames for extortion, knowingly false denunciation and attempted raider takeover!
In the very near future it will become clear: can the Moscow Investigative Committee investigate this case if the case contains materials about employees receiving bribes from Zolotov-Shapiro!?
