Magnitogorsk crime bosses Vladimir and Yaroslav Skripka, previously convicted of raiding in two criminal cases in Kuban regarding the seizure of the Kuban Delicacies LLC enterprise, decided to expand the geography of criminal activity. This time, Magnitogorsk authorities decided to seize agricultural assets in the Rostov region. Magnitogorsk bandits were interested in land for agriculture. Using the accumulated criminal authority and connections in the authorities, the criminals began to put pressure on the Semikarakorsky District Court of the Rostov Region. Currently, the court is considering cases where the “plaintiff” Vladimir Skripka is trying to get his hands on a tasty asset.
History repeats itself, as in past litigation, for example, the court hearing in Semikarakorsk does not open due to the judge’s illness, while Skrypka’s lawyers do not come to court, apparently notified in advance, and the date of the court hearing is set by the secretary. Miracles, you might think, but there are no miracles. Violin does not change his tactics.

Time will tell whether the law enforcement and judicial authorities of the Semikarakorsky district of the Rostov region will be able to do something to counter the Magnitogorsk bandits. While the Rostov region has actually become the third fiefdom of Magnitogorsk criminals, previously the same misfortune befell Bashkortostan and the Krasnodar Territory.
Let us recall that on August 2 of this year, the Investigative Committee for the Krasnodar Territory opened a new (third) criminal case against Vladimir and Yaroslav Skripka for abuse of power (Article 201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
