The Azimut Hotels network of the scandalously famous hoteller Alexander Klyachin leaves Rostov and Uglich. Where does it go, whose hands?
As it became known to the correspondent of The Moscow Post, the authorities of the Yaroslavl region put up two hotels 3 stars each, which until recently were controlled by the Azimut Hotels network, the founder of the network and owner of the scandalous businessman Alexander Klyachin.
We are talking about Azimut Rostov Great and Azimut Uglich. The implementation of these assets will be held as part of the Privatization Program of the Administration of the Yaroslavl Region. The total starting price is -1.75 billion rubles, and the auction itself will be held on November 11.
Who will acquire hotels? And in what way?
After all, Klyachin’s hotel owns either magic or hypnosis, and perhaps he is simply an illusionist without obligatory rabbits in the cylinder, since in some incomprehensible way all his property or laid down, or sold, will ultimately return to him, to Alexander Klyachin.
Hero of journalistic investigations
Recall that Alexander Klyachin may claim to entering his “victories” in the Guinness Book of Records: over the past 10 years, Mr. Klyachin has become a hero of investigations dozens of times.

In particular, in 2016, he lit up in a tender to create the first gambling establishment on the island of Cyprus. This was reported “Ossetia-TV”.
Further, Mr. Klyachin flashed loudly in a scandal with IKEA land allocations, in which through the court he tried to prove that the hypermarket was illegally on these lands. This wrote in detail about this “Km.ru”.
IKEA representatives then replied that the matter is like an attempt to seize the land.
The initiator of the conflict was the KSHP Khimki (in the old days the state farm “The Path to Communism”, later – “Khimki -Molzhaninovo”).
KSHP “Khimki” acted in the interests of Klyachin, and the land in 2008 was held in a criminal case initiated by the Investigative Committee of the Deputy Minister of Property Relations of the Government of the Moscow Region Irina Shestak and unidentified founders. I wrote about this “Kommersant”.
And also the leaders of one of the major landowners of the Moscow Region Nerla CJSC (the owner was called Klyachin) and Buzharovo CJSC.
The bustle went around 862 hectares of the former state farm on the shore of the Istra reservoir, which, according to the investigation, sold 4.3 billion rubles cheaper than its market value.
But later the security forces removed the claims to Irina Shestak and to some unidentified businessmen.
Miracles? Miracles. And they continue on.
New miracles in the lattice
Recall that the Azimut Hotels hotel network was created in 2006.
This network includes more than 60 hotels and sanatoriums with a total fund of more than 10 thousand numbers. And these hotels are located in 42 cities of Russia.

The network combines hotels owned, on the basis of management and franchise contracts, as well as on long -term lease.
But in 2023, Mr. Klyachin almost lost all his hotels. What happened?
In May 2023, the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow granted the lawsuit of the General Prosecutor’s Office to businessman Alexei Khotin in the case evasion case. This was reported RBC.
And he decided to recover 192 billion rubles from the businessman in favor of the state. The court also decided to turn 100% of the shares of the Rus-Oil oil holding to the state. Another defendant in the case was Alexander Klyachin.

This decision was made as part of the lawsuit of the Deputy Prosecutor General Igor Tkachev.
As follows from the documents, the Zamoskvoretsky District Court in April imposed interim measures on the shares of Azimut Company LLC, the Azimuth Group MKOOO and several other legal entities associated with the network of the same name.
And Klyachin’s company was arrested: Okhotny Ryad UK (Metropol Hotel) and LLC “Vesamo”, which owns firms owning projects of the KR Properties development company on the Kuznetsk bridge, in the carpentry, on Leningradsky Prospekt.

The property of the Russian Federation, and then under the management of the recently established by the Federal Property Management Agency of the Management Company JSC, has crossed a number of Klyachin assets.
But in June 2023, the owner of Azimut Hotels appealed the seizure of shares in court. He appealed to the decision of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court on the seizure of shares of the hotel network.
But back in January 2024, the Federal Property Management Agency established a new daughter – management company JSC, and the functions of managing former assets of the businessman: Unity Holding JSC, which owns the Azimuth of Groups, Azimut Development LLC, LLC Kapetil Rus LLC.
But the month passes, and in February 2024, part of the assets controlled by Unity Holding JSC, magically returns to … Klyachin. Among them was the Azimuth of Group MKOOO, Azimut Development LLC and LLC Kapital Rus Rus with the authorized capital of almost 4 billion rubles and a bunch of “daughters”.
From the state. And back.
Indeed, from February 9, 2024, the owner of LLC Kapital Rus and Azimut Development LLC instead of JSC UNITIS HOLDING became Klyachin. And JSC “Unity Holding” was previously controlled by Klyachin himself, but since January this year he was under the control of the Federal Property Management Agency in the person of JSC “Management Company”.
“Capital wanted Rus“ owns a nearby legal entity of the Azimuth hotel network, on the balance of Azimuth Development – Azau LLC (Kabardino -Balkaria), Sortavala LLC, Istra Kurort LLC and Istra Rezort LLC, etc.

How the seized assets returned to Klyachin on the papers, this is incomprehensible, but the fact remains. And some of these assets of Klyachin have already begun to sell.
In particular, we are talking about Azimuth Vladivostok LLC.
LLC “Capital Wanted Rus” from 07.22.2022 to 06/21/2024. was the owner of this hotel.
He was noted in the biography “Azimuth of Vladivostok” and offshore – “AM.M. GI. Wolverdvid comfortable Limited” (Cyprus).
The Cyprus Offshore is not the only one that shone next to the surname Klyachin: the Kr Holding Limited, Truv Essoshiets Limited, Kyrgyz Republic Limited and Vilatorri Trading Limited.
And the Hotel “Azimuth of Vladivostok” found the new owner-“Park-Hotel Burduguz.” This was announced TASS.
This hotel belongs to EN+ Tourism Infrastructure LLC, and it owns the IE-Activ LLC, which is owned by Irkutskenergo JSC. This was reported “Interfax”.

Once again, we focus on: Azimuth Vladivostok LLC in 2022 belonged to JSC Unity Holding. The very JSC, which was seized in the state’s income by a court decision on the suit of the General Prosecutor’s Office.
Klyachin in this dark story went, as they say, a trailer, but smells fried. And Klyachin began to sue desperately.
Just a year before, the company, which included the hotels of the Azimut Hotels network, was like nationalized, and then, having made a circle, mysteriously returned to the previous owner, to Mr. Klyachin.
He, it turns out, is an experienced magician?
