Litvak “spread” under the FAS: the department opened the case against Oteko

The FAS opened the case against the operator in the port of Taman: the tariffs of Oteko for the coal transshipment are not economically justified and infringe on the interests of consumers.

As it became known to the correspondent of The Moscow Post in the Krasnodar Territory, the owner of the Oteko holding, the Belgian citizen Michel Litvak finished: the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service recognized the tariffs of Oteko-Portservice LLC for transshipment of coal in the seaport of the seaport.

But not so long ago, at a meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation, Mr. Litvak was generally threatened by the introduction of external management in the Taman cargo port. The reason is to indecent a long conflict between Mr. Litvak and coal miners: the billionaire broke out space prices after the introduction of sanctions and a decrease in coal prices. After long, but useless attempts, the coal holders began to boycott the Taman port of Litvak, but even this forced Mr. Litvak to reduce prices.

Recall that the journalists of The Moscow Post prepared an investigation cycle about the barbaric methods of work of Mr. Litvak, after which there was a strong howl. And the requirement – immediately withdraw publications!

Did you find happiness in Taman?

Mr. Litvak – to his misfortune – found himself under the “microscope” with the journalists of The Moscow Post not even yesterday: we wrote in detail how he increased his wealth on the construction of the Taman port, forgetting about environmental norms and spitting people from the village of Wave.

And shortly after the publication of the investigation, our editors unexpectedly received the Council “from an employee of the Oteko Group of Companies – to remove supposedly a slanderous publication. They did not remove it!

After all, Victoria Abramchenko in the chair of Deputy Prime Minister “took care of” the Belgian businessman for a long time.

Upon learning of this, Rostislav Shcherbakov, trade union leader of Tamanneftegaz, addressed our journalists.

He told how Russian employees of the billionaire Litvak have to fight for their rights, because Tamanneftegaz employees suddenly decided to lower the salary by 30%.

And the leadership promised to dismiss those who disagree with the decrease. We are talking about employees of the special equipment department of the Tamanneftegaz CJSC service. And the employer decided to introduce the changes unilaterally. And the calculation of the salary for the working department began to be performed in a new time-compass form.

People were morally crushed, forced to sign a bondage agreement: out of 579 workers, 573 people agreed to new conditions. And 6 people did not sign anything. And went to court!

And in the end, they won the case with the restoration of compensations up to 2 million rubles at work with compensation. It remains to be surprised at the stinginess of the billionaire Litvak: I wanted to save on hard workers, but in the end I got into great compensation.

Yes, and threats to reporters are criminally punishable!

I would like to explain to the “employee of the Civil Code” Oteko, who first demanded to remove the journalistic investigation, and then moved to the threats. Article 144 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Obviating a legal journalist of activity” lives and works! And to stand up for themselves, the journalists will always be able to.

Serious threat over Taman

The Moscow Post has repeatedly returned to the topic that over Taman himself-after Mr. Litvak arrived-hung a great threat.

Indeed, in the village of Holding, I intended to build 8 chemical plants for the production of products from natural gas. And then it will be possible to forget about the pure Taman Peninsula, which is located at the junction of the Azov and Black Seas.

But Mr. Litvak does not embarrass such forecasts. In the end, will he return to his Belgium?

It turns out that the village of Wave from the neighborhood with a huge port terminal has not been advantages. Until now, many social problems have not been resolved in the village. Litvak earns billions, and the village of Wave is buried in mud and off -road.

Meanwhile, Taman, where the Lithuanian office builds the capacity, is a seismically active region. But there are no answers to all the appeals of local residents, only unsubscribes come.

The result of coal transshipment is coal dust tens of kilometers around. However, the problems are not limited to this: after all, port capacities and infrastructure are built on agricultural lands!

LITVAC in a invisible cap?

Next. The finances and structure of companies included in the holding are strongly confused. Real beneficiaries are hidden behind Panama and Cyprus offshores, as well as anonymous registers of owners.

Here, for example, is information from the registers about Oteko JSC, the head company of the holding: the founder is a private joint -stock company from the Netherlands. Who is the owner of this society? The information is classified in the private registry.

And the same thing with companies whose founder is Oteko JSC. All of them have different legal forms, but the founder is Oteko JSC, and the founders are hidden in the Netherlands. And on the island of Cyprus. But the authorized capital of the head company of the holding, turning on tens of billions, is 100 thousand rubles.

And, of course, Mr. Litvak does not appear anywhere in the registers as the owner of the group: does he have an invisible hat?

Emergency at Litvak

It should be said that with the launch of the Tamanneftegaz terminal, the inhabitants of the village of the wave also began to complain about the appearance of a strong smell of oil products, especially when the wind blows towards residential buildings from the terminal.

Representatives of the company referred to formal compliance with sanitary rules and norms, in particular, in the form of a sanitary protection zone around the terminal.

Litvak

But much of what was declared at the stage of investment project and discussion of a credit conflict remained a declaration.

In particular, there were no technical measures-the same planting of the forest at least within the sanitary protection zone to minimize the negative impact on the residential area. And no.

The oils were added to the fire and emergency: in 2016, half a ton of fuel oil hit the sea during loading of oil products. In 2017, a bus with workers fell from the pier in the sea. There were 45 people in the bus: 18 died.

But maybe the decision of the FAS will finally stop Litvak with his skin interests?
