According to Ms. Likhacheva, the reconstruction project of the main building, prepared back in the mid-2000s, “will definitely be revised, because some of the things have gone out of plans.”

Elizaveta Likhacheva headed the Pushkin Museum in March 2023. Prior to the arrival in the Plane, she led the museum of architecture for 6 years, in which many scandals happened.
What else is known about Ms. Likhacheva? She studied at the Faculty of Law of Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, worked in the bodies of the Federal Migration Service. And she also graduated from the Faculty of History of Moscow State University, a separation of history and the theory of art, where she studied early Italian Baroque.

It was planned that the depth of the “tanks” would be 12 m, some services and funds of the museum were to be transferred there, but supposedly the condition of the soil does not allow the underground complex to be made well and quickly.
In addition, he could simply demand cosmic money, so it was decided to abandon the “tank”.

But how was Ms. Likhacheva in the chair of the Director of the Pushroom? What feats need to be accomplished to lead the legendary Pushkin Museum?
It turns out that the head of the PIK company Gordeev, who gave the state its part of property rights (50%) to the legendary architectural monument Melnikov, was involved in the promotion of Ms. Likhacheva, which will become a branch of the State Museum of Architecture named after A.V. Shchuseva.

It is surprising that the lawyers of the Ministry of Culture envied the release of this order in relation to the monument, the property rights to which were the subject of a long -term dispute.
In the house there was the granddaughter of Melnikov, E.V. Karinskaya, the legal owner of 1/8 of the share of the right to the house. Her father, V.K. Melnikov, bequeathed the house to the state on the conditions of the creation of the State Museum.
Ms. Karinskaya, the responsible executor of the will, interfered with the work on the museum of the monument, whose plan was already approved by the Ministry of Culture.
As a result, a decision was made to evict her.
The assignment of the branch Elizaveta Likhachev, who, before entering the museum, served in the FMS, but was dismissed for fake a diploma of higher education, volunteered to fulfill the order.
They say that Likhacheva slammed the door immediately and changed the castle when Karinskaya left the house on business!
The public accused the museum of raiding, and Melnikov’s house in the status of a branch of the Museum of Architecture was financially dependent on Gordeev.

Lawsuit for 94.5 million

In July 2023, already at the Ms. Likhacheva, the Mlime. Pushkin filed a lawsuit for 94.5 million rubles to the general contractor-Stroystandart Service LLC due to non-fulfillment of the state contract for the transformation of buildings on Volkhonka Street into offices for specialists.
The contract was terminated unilaterally. The Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation joined the trials.

“Stroystandart Service” back in September 2022 won the tender of the Mlime. Pushkin for the project for the reconstruction, restoration and adaptation of buildings of the former city estate of the XVIII – XIX centuries. On the Volkhonka.
At the time of the victory in the tender, the company was able to establish itself in the market. The Stroystandart Service won the tenders of the Ministry of Culture, the Tretyakov Gallery, the Russian State Library, the Boris Schukin Theater Institute, VDNH, Mosgortrans: almost 250 contracts for 4 billion rubles.

And it was strange that at the time of the contract was concluded, the company’s website offering restoration services has been at restoration for several years, and since August 2022 he has not worked at all. According to the results of 2022, the company’s revenue decreased to 518 million rubles, net profit amounted to 4 million rubles.
And in the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow, a business bankruptcy case appeared. LLC RT-Project later entered it. This company worked with the Stroystandart Service company at facilities at VDNH. The organization requires to recover 21.9 million rubles of debt.
And the FAS brought builders to the register of unscrupulous suppliers.
New face
And on August 2023, reports were sent that the construction and reconstruction of the buildings of the Pushrooms named after Pushkin is engaged in the group of companies “MSU -1” (owner – Group of Companies “FSK”, President Vladimir Voronin), has been operating in the market since 1999.

“We will not start restoration or any reconstruction of the main building until the construction around the museum ends,” said Ms. Likhacheva. “The contractors promise us that the first building of the museum cluster will be completed by the end of 2025.
